** To the Window, To the Floor **

Posted

Seeking advice from seasoned investors: I have an unusual question regarding repairs for turning around a unit to get ready to rent. Does anyone have recommendations for a DIY floor repair or know of the best expert for flooring repairs? Ideally I do not want to replace floors throughout the entire unit just yet.

Additionally, has anyone encountered issues with the pull-up handle ledger on window sash cracks? Any ideas on how to repair these two items would be greatly appreciated. New Investor first property
