Landlord canceling lease 3 days before it begins- advice needed.

I was set to move into a new rental space in 3 days time. Today the landlord reached out saying that they have decided to cancel the lease agreement and will refund my deposit & 1st month's rent. 

While I'm grateful to have the $ back-- 3 days is not enough time when everything is already in motion for this move. 

We do have a signed lease, but it starts 1/7.  (also the lease is month to month)

I'm curious if there are any other rights I may have in this situation.
