Homeless Alliance Rental Assistance

Hi, 

I am looking to purchase a property that is currently fully occupied. It is a 4plex but 2 of the doors are from tenants who have rental assistance through the homeless alliance. The current owner says he's looking to get out since he wants to pursue another commercial deal with the equity. 

He said the homeless alliance is easy to work with & pay the landlord directly on time each month. I have no experience with them though & wanted to see if anyone has thoughts. I figured it would be similar to section 8.
