Mass tenants video camera dispute

Kwab Mireku
Posted

Hello All,

I just bought a duplex in Ma, after a few months, one of the tenants contacted me complaining about a video camera installation from the next door tenants. I soon found out that prior to me buying the property, they have already gone to court and the judge instructed the tenant with the camera the guidelines for video camera installation (no audio and has to be facing the street), which he’s complying. The other tenant is still annoyed and is instituting I have him take it down because of her privacy. I just renewed one of the leases because they were fine when I first bought the duplex.
