How big should a master bedroom be for a nice rental vs, bathroom

HI All,

If one is renovating a nice Apt, and they can either have the master bedroom 12' by 12' 5" and the master bathroom 5' wide, or they can have the Bedroom 12' by 12' 11''   And the master bathroom should only be 4 '6" Wide (And that might only allow a standup shower vs. Bathtub) .

Which one would you prefer?
