Help Finding Qualified Tenants

Posted

Hi everyone,

I closed on two new construction townhomes in Kissimmee, FL (Zip Code: 34744) a couple of months ago. The properties are both listed for rent on the MLS, Zillow and other sites, but I haven't been successful in finding a tenant to occupy the units. I've also spent a couple hundred dollars in social media advertising (my full-time job is as a digital advertising consultant).

Do you have any recommendations on what I can do to better market the properties? Would you recommend using leasing/property management services?

Appreciate your support in advance!
