Portable Washer and Dryer
I have a small fourplex. Each unit in the fourplex does not have a washer or dryer connection and there is no space to install a washer or dryer connection. I'm thinking of equipping the units with a portable washer and dryer. I've found ventilation kits for the dryer so that no physical work has to be done to the units. Has anyone ever provided a portable washer and dryer to a tenant? If so, what was your experience? Did you charge the tenant a fee for the portable washer and dryer? I've done some research and it appears a lot of tenants in NYC use portable washers and dryers in their apts.
