Appfolio Expense Transaction Report

Hi, all.

For those of you who use Appfolio, I'm looking for a report on the property manager portal that can be exported to CSV and includes all expense transactions for a property, similar to the Income Register report. Does one exist?

I'm technically an owner with access to a property manager account for my portfolio that's managed by a PM, so I don't have access to the general ledger itself. I'd like to combine the CSV files for both the income register & the expense transactions into a customizable dashboard for the portfolio (similar to what I do in my W-2 job).
