Servicemember's Civil relief Act

I have two tenants in a 15 month lease agreement. One of the tenants's husband is in the military and got his order changed 6 months into the lease agreement.  He is not on the lease and the other tenant is not in the military. Am I obligated to let both parties out of the lease early? They are jointly responsible for the lease. Thanks
