Heat source for section 8 house

Seth Whitenton
Posted

Hello everybody, I have a 3 bed 1 bath house in ky that I am putting into section 8. The house currently has a ventless natural gas wall heater and I am going to remove it and replace it with something else. The home is 850 sq ft downstairs and is 300 sq ft upstairs and according to the previous owner the wall heater did a good job of heating the home. Do y’all have a recommendation for a vented ductless gas furnace to replace this with?
