Is st louis a good place to start investing?

Hi, Im a foreign nation from Canada and is looking to invest in the st Louis market, specifically the north county area. Any suggestions if it's a good market to start from? Future growth etc?

Not a great area to invest.  There are some rough areas in north county.  It’s seemingly attractive to new investors because of the potential cash flow, but the cash flow may not be worth the headaches.  Just my humble opinion.  Good luck!
