Hey there guys!

I currently own 1 LTR and I'm in the process of closing on a second one here soon. I wanted to know what the typical cost for a trust is, what is the best trust for me and how many properties to put in each trust. I know that it's used to protect your assets, but their is so much information out there that it's hard to figure out the right way to go about it.
