How do you enter data?

Data entry isn't that hard when you have a few properties, but it gets very time-consuming once have 10+. This is especially true when you have mortgages (you have to enter the principal amount, interest, and escrow.) 

For those of you who have a lot of properties, what is your effective method of data entry?
