Hello,

Used Accurental last year was quick and easy and they are out of business. :(

I looked at mr landlord and mysmartmove and both require on site audit, plus smartmove doesnt do eviction.

registered at

screenworks.com - they require SS

youcheckcredit.com - is expensive - credit and eviction is 25, criminal is another 20

called NTN for houston prices, but have not gotten a pricing from them....

recommendations???

If by "on site audit" you mean "on site inspection" then EVERY tenant screening company is going to require that if you want access to full/detailed credit reports (as opposed to just a credit recommendation). That's mandated by the FTC of all credit bureaus who are supplying the credit information to the tenant screening companies.

As for which screening company to use, I used to utilize youcheckcredit.com and was happy with their service. But like you mentioned, their prices are a little high. Now, I go use mrlandlord.com. Same report, but at a much more competitive price.
