Homeowners Insurance for commercial investment property

Hello,

My husband and I are in escrow and shopping for homeowners insurance for a 5 unit apartment building in Los Angeles. Does anyone have any recommendation on insurance companies that they have worked with before and that specialize in commercial properties?
