Hi Amanda, I am a full time investor in Columbus, Ohio and we purchase properties throughout the area and rehab them, place a tenant, and then sell as a turnkey rental property to buyers wanting to own a rental property bringing in solid monthly cash flow and great returns. We can also have the property setup with a local property management company already in place so they would keep an eye on the property, keep tenants occupying it, take maintenance calls, etc. We would provide all numbers to you showing monthly expenses, rental income, property management fees (if you choose to have a PM take care of the property for you) and show your projected net income on the rental property. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in discussing more, or any other ways I might be able to help you with acquiring rental properties in Ohio.
