Animal Poop Under Home Making Tenant Sick
I've had rental properties for over 20 years and this is the first I've heard this one. I have a tenant that reached out to me saying he has been sick for two weeks with some kind of sinus and lung virus. Negative for covid. He is thinking it is because of the dust and animal poop from under the mobile home. There was an opening years ago and we had to live trap a possum out of there before closing it up. Would you get someone to "vacuum" under the mobile home or would you tell him he can leave if he wants? Not sure if we should be paying someone to clean under a house.... Thoughts?

We did clean underneath the mobile home, there was a lot of trash under there, old tenants Christmas stuff etc…. but it only took us 2 hours, used a shop vac and cost less than $200 to do so 👍 Everyone is happy now.
