Right Neighborhood for First Rental Property: Saint Hedwig vs. Ruby crossing

Dabeeruddin Syed
Posted

In my pursuit of my inaugural rental property investment, I find myself considering two distinct communities. One is situated in Saint Hedwig, to the east of San Antonio, with close proximity to I-10. The other is known as 'Ruby Crossing,' located on the southern side of San Antonio, near Losoya, and positioned just beyond the perimeter of Loop 1604. I am eager to seek the wisdom of this forum: which of these two options would you recommend? Your constructive feedback and insights would be greatly appreciated.
