Office Condos- Rent Payments always Late
Need advice on Commercial Monthly Rent in Austin,TX
We have a 1 year lease on 2 office condos in Round Rock, TX and the current Tenant is always paying the rent 2 weeks later then when its due. Even after repeated email communications, we havent been able to get it resolved.
I am going to start charging daily late fee going forward, and wanted to check if i need to send a certified letter to the Business or can start charging late rent as per the lease agreement.
