Tenant Background Check

What is the best website / service to do full background and criminal checks of potential tenants? All of my previous tenants have been screened myself and have had no issues until now. My current tenant left with no warning and ultimately found out he had a current warrant out for his arrest. Trying to find a service that would show this sort of thing and is very in-depth. Thanks in advance!

@Mackenzie Wilson I use Smart Move and have found it to be good. The full package is pricey, $42.99 which I have the applicant pay for.

If they’re approved I credit the fee towards their first month rent because money is very tight where I live and it’s the little things that are starting to make my reputation grow positively around my area as a good, fair landlord.
