Number of Posts in my inbox seems to have Quadrupled

Hellp BP Family, 

Just a quick question, have you all recently been receiving about a dozen Posts from the General Landlording & Rental Properties forum?  I want to say I used to receive maybe 2 or 3 a day but, in the past couple of weeks, it's at least quadrupled every day.   It's great to see all this activity but I'm curious why this is happening.
