Are landlords required to disclose remediated contamination to tenants?

Property was impacted by a dry cleaning spill in the 1980s.  Mitigation and remediation has been completed.  Premise is deemed safe and habitable by environment consultants and DEP.  Are landlords required to disclose this contamination and remediation to tenants?  Location: MASS
