Landlord Charging for Microwave Replacement

Hi,

Can a landlord charge me to replace a microwave that stops working? Good chance she bought it used based on other appliances.

Please advise where I can search for this information.

    @Mark Nguyen Ideally a landlord should not charge you to replace a microwave, unless it was clearly your fault that it needs to be replaced or if stated in your lease agreement.
