CapEx/Maintenance on 1920-1930 homes that have been rehabbed and remodeled
One of the markets I am looking into has a ton of really nice rehabbed homes in good areas. These homes were built between the 1920s-1940s.
I was wondering if a home that old, even though it has been rehabbed and remodeled will have significantly more CapEx and maintenance costs for a similar home that was built in the 50s-70s?
I know that roof and foundation are major aspects of the condition of a house, but if the foundation is sound and the roof has been replaced within the last 5 years, will the age of the home tremendously impact my cash flow?
Thanks in advance
