Title change to LLC

Anyone have experience with transferring title to an LLC in New Jersey? A family member has a house in New Jersey currently with a tenant. Can the title be transferred to an LLC and is there anything to be aware of for the change?

I was asked to help with some improvements and prefer to set up the partnership with an LLC. My preference would be to have the tenant move out however it would be in the muddle of the tenant's lease.
