I'm looking at The National Association of Rental Property Managers' website under member benefits (https://www.narpm.org/join/mem...). I wanted to ask if any current members could say if NARPM provides templates for things like property management agreements, leases, unlawful detainer / N-day notice to pay or quit's, etc. Thanks!

NARPM does not provide forms. However, they do have a form-sharing section where individual users can publicly share their documents. There's are affiliate companies that have entire packages to include forms for Owners, Tenants, and Vendors, as well as handbooks, policy manuals, etc. I bought a package after five years of management and wish I had done it the very first day!

NARPM also has a lot of very helpful members. I network with hundreds of professionals every day and we help each other build better systems, forms, policies and procedures, etc.
