Client Trust Accounts in Oregon
Hi All,
We're getting ready to take on clients for property management--up until now we've just been managing our own--and we've just hit a snag: many of the banks/credit unions we've talked to say they don't offer client trust accounts and/or don't seem to know what they are. We are in Oregon which requires owner funds be deposited into a client trust account. Any recommendations on where to go from here? Anyone familiar with Oregon's banks and client trust accounts?
