New Investor looking to House Hack

Hi everyone. My name is Terry Rushing. I am a new investor and homeowner. I used a VA loan to purchase my first 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Mobile home in Mabank, TX. I will be owner occupying this home and would like to house hack by renting the 2 spare bedrooms. As this will be my 1st time being a landlord, I am looking for advice on the best practices to LEGALLY going about setting this up, what can I charge for an unfurnished room and any apps or software to simply the process of finding, screening, and renting the rooms. Additionally, I am looking to network with other investors in the area or attend meetups when I'm not on the road. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance for any advice.
