CERA Approval - for rental in Detroit back in March...

 is anyone else awaiting CERA payment for a property Detroit? I received an Approval Notice in March' 23 for my property, tenant and I had applied for CERA on 6/1/22. I also proactively filed for eviction knowing that CERA would only cover for unpaid rent through September '22. 

I'm yet to receive a check or update on payment each time I call Wayne county CERA customer service  I'm told checks are mailed/processed on Fridays..  It's so frustrating cause it is unclear if I'll receive any payment at this point. Is anyone else experiencing this??
