New multi unit property owner/manager

Hi everyone,

I recently acquired my first multi-unit property and have been diligently working on the rehab process. As I approach the next phase of getting it rented out, I wanted to reach out to this community of experienced real estate investors for some guidance.

I've been reading a book called "Managing Rental Properties" by Heather and Brandon Turner, which has provided valuable insights thus far. However, I would greatly appreciate any additional advice or recommendations specifically tailored to a new and first-time property manager/owner like myself.

During my research, I came across a website called RentRedi, which is associated with Bigger Pockets. I'm curious if anyone has any experience using RentRedi or if it's worth exploring as a tool to help manage my rental units effectively.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and wisdom. I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
