In need of reliable contractors and tips on being a first time landlord

Shayna Bradshaw
Posted

Ready to buy a second house with my spouse. I'm looking for a fixer upper but I've never worked with any contractors. We might get a private lender but we would hate for things to go wrong. We're trying to find people for the job so we can add equity quickly and pay off the loan. Any suggestions or resources would be greatly appreciated!

@Shayna Bradshaw

Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s at 5 am in the mornings that is when you will find all the good contractors
