Should I rent residential apartment to commercial tenant?
Hello I am renovating a large 2br loft apartment and looking to increase the rent about 25%.
I have a commercial tenant who pays in advance and is looking to rent the space.
Assuming he will pass some checks is this a good idea? I think he can pay and takes care of the commercial unit, or is it risky to have too much of the building rented to one person, they have rented commercial for 12 years though.
