Any recommendations on where to buy PM companies as a whole or partially their portfolio?

Quote from @Nathan McBride:

@Caleb Brown how do you go about valuing a PM company?  I guess it is similar to other business valuations, but you do have the risk that owners view the ownership transition as a reason to reevaluate their mgmt contracts.  Does that factor in?

It is the same as any other business or if you were looking at a property. Need to know what money is coming in and what goes out. They provided a whole lot of financials and we had weekly meetings to discuss. They are a newish PM company with doing it for 3 years. We knew them since they started. We don't foresee issues with clients switching. Our plan is to find ways to meet and greet owners and build a relationship. We want them to know we are not changing procedures or firing people. Plan to keep it how it is and grow it. If we need to pivot we can. We are excited because we can grow doors quickly and add different streams of income.
