Evanston, IL landlords: do you also find it hard to find tenants this year?

Hello to all Evanston/Chicago suburb landlords,

Are you finding it a bit harder to find tenants this year? It's weird because I own a property and usually rent to students at NU without any issues, but this year only very few people even reached out and asked questions, and my condo has been on the market for longer than usual even after I reduced the rent (right now it's the same as last year, no change). I have reservations about cutting the rent down even further as this seems to be the market rate among similar apartments/condos. Marketing has been the same as before. Is it just me or does anyone else have the same issue?
