BRHP - payment from tenant

When you have a tenant with BRHP do you have their portion of the rent paid to you directly via check or credit card or do you do a direct deposit? As part of the leasing agreement can property management company require automatic transfer from the tenant's bank account or autopay from credit card? Thanks in advance.
