Need information about forming an LLC with 2+ investors
Hi,
I am looking to invest in a rental property with two other friends who are first-time investors like me. Recently, we did our own research and found out that forming an LLC can be beneficial instead of owing properties in our name directly as it reduces the risk exposure. Need help from experienced investors on the Bigger Pockets community who have formed LLC. Can you share Pros and Cons of forming an LLC , best way to form one and other things to consider.
Also if you could point us to the right contacts that will be very helful like lawyers or tax accountants etc.
