Early termination of a year lease agreement by landlord Florida?
Hello,
There are 6 months left on lease on my rental properties in FL, so I would like to end the year lease, and tell the tenant to move out, good tenant and pay on time, I just want the tenant to get out of that property, because I need to fix the property and sell it. What is the legal way to do this?
Thank you!

Landlords tend to forget- the lease isn't just there to allow us to be the "lord of the land," it's there to protect the tenant too. You don't get to make up rules along the way out of convenience.
The tenant controls your destiny right now, so I hope you've been a good landlord.
Your best bet at this point is to have an honest conversation with them and offer cash for keys and earnestly help them find another place, make it as easy as possible.
If you can wait until the lease is up, that's going to be the simplest option.
