“Blueprint for a Renters Bill of Rights”
Can anyone shed some light on what the Biden Administration is proposing and how this would affect the landlord/tenant relationship, specifically in Texas.
My wife and I are just getting started with rental (buy and hold) investing so any sources and links would be helpful to read up on.
