Happy New Year BP members! I was putting together a rent roll today for a refi and noticed I still have a tenant from 1989 in one of my buildings. We haven't owned the building that long however we inherited the tenant and the lease information.

I thought it would be fun to ask the question:

What's the longest term tenant you currently have or have had in the past?
