Hello, my name is Landon Rothstein and I'd like to introduce myself.

I've been investing for five years, mostly buy and hold, wholesaling and some flipping. I currently have 13 properties, mostly northeast Houston/Humble. I'm looking to buy more single family that I can make cash flow in the greater Houston area. I'm very interested in SUBJECT TO deals, where the seller is okay with leaving financing in his/her name. I'm also working with a small group of investors looking for apartment complexes with value play potential - Class C or B, distressed property and/or seller, high vacancy, etc.
