Does it take longer to evict tenants in tenant friendly states?

I’m told it takes about the same amount of time to evict a tenant for non payment of rent in a tenant friendly state vs a landlord friendly state. I’m in Texas and it takes 3 weeks to get a court date to evict. Has anyone had any experiences where it takes longer than this in renter friendly states? I’m being called ignorant over and over by a fellow investor who says that’s not true. She says it takes “about” the same amount of time, and what I’ve “heard” about it taking longer is incorrect. She says she manages properties in over 20 states and says I’m wrong about it taking longer in tenant friendly states. I’d love to hear anyone’s experience with this. Maybe I am wrong and ignorant like she called me at least 25 times for thinking this. Lol
