How are you doing Bigger Pockets forms

I have a question I have a two family home which is my primary residence but now I am renting the property out to Section 8 is it possible that I can get the checks to come under my business name.

it is time to renew the lease and I would like to put it in my business name and get it out of my name do anyone have any suggestions on a situation like this one thank you Steen Winfield
