I was wondering if any of you in BP have a property management business servicing higher end SFR rentals ranging from $250,000 - $450,000?

If you do can you please share your experience of what it is like and time commitment involved? Pros vs Cons. I am interested to hear from brokers who provide this type of property management service as a supplement to their brokerage.
