Lead-based paint and asbestos disclosures.

Hello everyone. I’m very new to this landlording.
I just finished doing a 70% remodel of a house that was built in 1947.

I’m very excited because I have a tenant already and tonight while doing the lease it ask if there is asbestos or lead-based paint in the property.

Can please someone educate me on this topic. I will really appreciate.
