Rental Calculator Assumptions
New to investing. I would love to know what you guys think about this excel sheet that I plan to use for running the numbers on my rental properties. These are just general numbers I put in there to gain a foundation for the calculator. Would love to know if the expense percentages are accurate. 8% for maintenance, 10% PM, 1.5% on taxes, 8% property vacancy, etc. Additionally, what type of cash-on-cash return do you guys typically look for with rentals?
