Mass Mailer or Letter format

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has a format for what they would typically say in a mass sent letter to property owners in an area you are trying to buy. 

What would be the best wording for something like this be. 

I am looking to send letters out to all of the owners on two streets that are my target area right now.
