Emotional Aupport Animals House Hacking Texas

I rent bedrooms in my house AKA house hacking. Recently became aware that it is illegal to discriminate agains people because of ESAs. This seems like a law that makes sense for a solo apartments but makes no sense when you have 6 people under one roof. We share a kitchen, bathrooms etc so people would be in constant contact with this animal. Having an animal decreases the desirability of the house and quality of life of other tenants. Also hate to say it but I really don't like dogs and don't want to live with one.

Anyone house hacking ran into this? Are there exceptions to this rule? Trying to not get in trouble out here. No legal advice.
