It pays to watch the news
I've been contacted twice by a company trying to place a family that lost their home to a fire. They are even offering extra rent since it would be a short lease. When I found out the location of their burned home, I figured out that it's the same home that had the following headline: "Smoldering cigarette starts Lewiston fire". My ad clearly states "no smoking". I think I'll pass.
