Escort/assistance on a commercial lockout

I have a small commercial building in San Antonio. The people have not paid for over four months, and I have listen to enough excuses that you would think there was a lollipop drawn on my forehead. The lease is a commercial lease that provides for a lockout. We have a locksmith lined up to go with us, but if the people tenant is there it could actually be a bunch of drama.
How would I find an off duty police officer or someone to go with me to the property that appears to carry a little bit of weight? I realize I should’ve started this process months ago, but I didn’t realize they had no intentions of paying..
