There is one person, Norma, signed the lease. There are 2 other residents on the month to month lease.

Norma gave 30 day notice to move out 12/31/2022. She moved out 12/31/2022. I'm still holding the deposit.

The other 2 residents still stay there, late in paying rent.  I need to get them out so I can sell.

What's Norma's responsibility?   Is she liable for the rent?

What can I do to get them out ?

thank you for your advice.
